Coupla messages from the more "cautious "
people I know of are saying that tomorrow's
"test" won't actually be a test, but will be the
gubmint's opportunity to shut down all communications
when the "test" goes terribly wrong and leaves
everyone without the ability to communicate
electronically.
I haven't thought of it in that light, and I guess
it's a possibility. I know that a number of
pinheads of average/low intelligence wouldn't
have any problem dropping every cell tower
for miles in every direction. I guess it would
also be possible to take out all the fiber optic
that we're so dependent upon now.
There's little/no security for anything any more,
and everything we do depends on a fragile
network of communication
