Watched a "detective" story on TV..

It seems this middle aged guy in Canada, became disinterested in his plump wife..so he sought out a younger playmate..swapped a 50 for one 25 I guess.

Anyway, he decided to "off" his wife.  The killing wound was almost overlooked in her hair.  When discovered, the detectives could not figure why the bullet was not deformed..

Seems he was in a shooting club, where they had single reloader, who reloaded all their ammo.

So he tasked his reloader to load rounds for his .32 British Bulldog.  The reloader was not willing to reload for a gun in such poor condition, but
after much cajoling, he did load some at 1/4th charge.

The killer had him reload the bullets in reverse position....an old, old trick to make wadcutters. the bullet entered her skull..buyt did not exit..

Ugly deed of course, but that is what makes a murderer...

As I recall, when the old guns had plain lead bullets and the new hollow JHPs were not available, this was a common practice by hunters..even in
  some old rifles.
If you don't want the truth, don't ask me.  If you want something sugar coated...go eat a donut !  (anon)
