 Caught the end of one of the news articles. Was reported to have mental health issue's, and threatened to shoot up a National Guard base in Maine. And he is a veteran.

Yes was in a mental institute for awhile and even had made threats of shooting up the military base.  Maine doesn't require a carry permit to carry concealed. Haven't heard of any reports of someone in the restaurant/ bowling ally trying to stop him with their firearm. So was no one in the establishment carrying a handgun on them?

If you'll remember there was a mass shooting ar a big Walmart supercenter in El Paso TX where there were likely a dozen or more concealed carriers present. Not one stepped up.

Listening to the radio and hearing and
seeing all the feedback from this mess

I guess people just don't get it.
It's nothing to do with how or where this
pinhead shooter got his armaments.

It's that he was running loose and
able to do everything he did instead of being
detained wherever so he never could have done
all the evil deeds that were done.

Especially after making threats to shoot
up a base ( or any other place )

Honest to God, I don't know when ( if ever)
we'll find the b*lls needed to handle things
proactively and quit wringing our hands and

Nit wit Kamala praised Australia's gun laws that don't allow citizens to own firearms.  She could give a crap less if people are shot with firearms. Mass shootings are just an excuse to write more gun laws. Then she went on to say how gun violence is the number one cause of death for children. A large majority of that is drug, and gang related deaths, because teens are counted as children. They have done nothing to stop the shootings in cities. In fact they have promoted it. Black kids are 5 times more likely to die from getting shot than white kids, but they never mention that, because they want the inter city crime to continue.  If her and the rest of government really cared about children they would do something to stop the slaughter of unborn children.
