on the other hand we have a government legalizing pot and in some cases hard drugs even heroin and the hypocrites go after menthol cigarettes. thats like declaring prohibitions back but only pale ale is banned.

   Believe me, i don't agree with them banning  menthol, especially since the menthol is the least of the problem.  Besides, it's not a government's job
    to allow or disallow any habit...so long as it doesn't hurt others.

   ...But if somebody is living off the taxpayers, food stamps, welfare..using traxpayer paid health insurance etc..well maybe..

Probably the state you live in. Ticks me off about the tax's here in Ohio. Between tobacco, alcohol, and casino's it's somewhere around 45 billion a year. Now they legalized marajuana, which will probably bring in a few hundred million. And they still have, depending on what county your in, some of the highest property tax's around. It's double what Michigan has. Of course now, Michigan will lose a bunch because Ohioans wont have to drive there for their pot. What the hell do these states do with all that money??

  They legalized marijuana here..and i am not in favor of that, since i am not convinced that it doesn't affect others.  Not just oj th eroad for instance, but missed work..or refusal to work and etc..

  In any case, the biggest marketers around here are the Indian reservations.  THey have signs out front with green crosses..an dcall them a "dispensary"..

   Of course, the state doesn't get their tax from them..  Tragic though, it seems that every 5th or 6th place/home is selling the stuff.

As long as people indulge their
vices in the safety and sanctity
of their own home, that's on them.
Shouldn't be any additional crime
rate because of it, or taxpayer
dollars used for any of it, should

Main problem is all the making of
