Obviously for some poeople, their faculties of reason and common sense is too often overuled by their emotions. This individual should have been
jailed long ago.
The article doesn't seem to indicate whether this particular judge is among those who let the defendant off easy in previous cases. If she was,
then there is a certain sense of delayed justice here.
If she wasn't, then the perp should draw a hefty extended sentence for this additional crime, not just for this action, but to set an example for any others who may harbor such ideas of disrupting and endangering all others in the courtroom.
