Does anyone have any input on the 8 X 30 Zeiss Conquest binoculars? 8)

The good news is they are Zeiss brand. The really bad news is they are made in China. Why bad?

1. The Chinese government are not our friends.

2. I wish people would avoid buying from governments who use forced labor. this skews the real cost of products when slave labor is used.

Manufacture of Conquest Products

According to Zeiss, the Conquest line is manufactured in Germany and Hungary.  See Email infor below:

There are a lot of new binos that have come out that complete with the expensive Euro binos. I am thinking of buying one thru www.eagleoptics.com and taking them up on their 30 day money back guarantee just to see if I like them. Zeiss is also coming out with great full size binos that should be here by yearend that will be lower priced then their current full size binos.
