When McDonalds can get sued, and loses, because they sold a hot cup of coffee to a woman, and she spilled it in her lap?? Lawyers like this, should be disbarred. Don't disagree about lawers, but keep in mind, McD repealed this decision and won.  Not only that, If memory serves me right this was a jury trial and stupid people gave the decision to the dummy who put hot coffee in her lap and screamed injury when she spilled it on herself.  Our educational system is turning out indoctrinated students no educated students taught to think for themselves.
