The woman that claimed Trump sexually assaulted her in a dressing room in the 1990s just won 83 million dollars because she says Trump defamed her.

One has to wonder just how much federal court system abuse one man can take.

    Heretofore, defamation settlements were adjusted as to how much harm was done..One couple in Houston was awarded $1.5 million, which seems to indicate they were likely to earn $1.5 million more before their passing. Do you honestly think this "journalist" was likely to earn and additional $83 million?

  Would an honest totally agree that the defendant saying, "I didn't do it"..is defamation?

  Would an honest judge forbid the defendant to say he didn't do it ?

  Trumps defense of himself was limited to a total of 3 minutes, because the judge so limited what he could say in his own defense.

As I said claiming “I didn’t do it” is different than slandering a PRIVATE person, public officials are a different case.  You can say all you want that you were wronged as long as you don’t  enter into personal attacks.  Just the way it is…
