Haven't started my snowblower in 2 years. May have shoveled once or twice last year just for exercise. Been spitting snow here for a couple days but no accumulation. I figure we'll be safe in 30 days or less.......................

Just had a major snowstorm here in Colorado, 65 tomorrow, and more snow on the way this weekend. Is this what they mean by climate change?

Put the snow blade on the tractor last December, never even started it up. I think the heaviest snow we got here in NW Ohio was about 2-3 inch's, just had to shovel off the sidewalk. Lloyd, your right about not going away! Was over 60 degrees for a couple days, and now for the next week+ it'll be high 30's-low 40's during the day, and 20's at night. Keeping the fireplace insert burning to try and keep the furnace from running!
We keep trying peace, it usually doesn't work!!Remember(12/7/41)(9/11/01) gypsyman

Possible/supposed heavy snow in the next few days.
We need the moisture as right now outdoor burning is illegal in most of he state.

Used the snow blower twice down South, but last time I shoveled as I think the carb. backfiring did some thing in and it will not start even with electric start.
Odd as that one used to start on second pull every time.
With the high sun, and ground warmer, frozen but still warmer, even a foot of snow will not be around long but as I am out of shape for shoveling, it will be annoying.

At that , it was about this time of year in 1965 Minn. had one of the heaviest snow falls on record with record flooding.
It was sub-wero when it snowed and temps. were in the fifties and few days later, so the snow melted very quickly.

Not bad this year, besides dragging the winter out.  Last winter was not easy though..  Got 5-6 inches overnight.
