Squatters rights.
« on: March 22, 2024, 03:00:07 AM »
Good luck getting states to change squatter rights laws. Especially now.   Its unbelievable what people have to go through to get squatters evicted from their property. As Clayton says in the video our government hates property owners.

I wonder how long it would take a member of the US Government to evict a squatter? I'm sure the goon squads would shoot them on the way out. That said, they might just bring some squatter to one of their many properties to show how merciful and kind they are to their fellow human brothers and sisters. After all it does get votes.

I don't have any personal experience with this action, but from reports I have heard, I cvannot figure out why the law doesn't protect
the honest, tax paying citizen.  This seems to be an ongoing disgraceful situation.

Laws never did favor the hard working tax payer. The harder and longer you work the more you had to pay the state and federal government.  If someone is a lazy POS that didn't feel ike working they could always get money from hard working tax payers at no cost to them.

It is actually very believable that the Dummycratics are doing the things they are doing.  It is in their nature
and always has been.  They are just getting a little more desperate than in the recent past.  I believe we haven't seen anything yet.  What they will stoop to is going to be madness.

Different situation
Those people the feds killed
worked at a job of ranching.
Not excusing them for trespassing,
but these blacks and latins
that are squatting today are just
taking advantage of the people
that are eaten up with white guilt
syndrome and don't intend to
make any positive contributions
to the nation. They're here for
the "free" stuff as long as the
pinheads will hand it out.
The most sad part is that the
American taxpayers should have
been outraged for years, but
they had that false sense of
security and didn't want to be
perceived as rocking the boat,
and were busy enabling and
making excuses

Ranger; I meant that post to demonstrate the irony.  How quickly certain administrations are to approve such tactics against ranching, working poeople...and let the slacker squatters ride..  Guess it's whoever they think their voting base is.

I wonder IG, Ranger99, if the administrations that back squatters rights, keep pushing against the real workers in this country, ranchers, farmers, truck drivers, LE, small business owners, etc. Do you think they ever thought this out? Their main source of income, is tax's paid by the working man. Destroy them, and all bets are off. Every man for himself.

I would be tempted To give a squatter a choice. Leave under his own steam, or feet first.

DeSantis just passed a bil giving police the authority to remove squatters immediately, and makes it a felony if there is $1000 or more in damages.

OK very crazy thought if you have squatters in your house and you decide you need them out what would it take to stop you from taking bricks and closing the front door with a solid wall and all other exterior doors, including the garage,
what would stop them from letting you do this? If it’s a fire hazard, they can go through the window !!
 just a crazy thought

My son had some welfare/food stamps tennants one time, who had not paid rent for months.  So, one Saturday he decided iy was time toget some of
those aerosol bombs and fumigate the place.

He went right in and set several of them off..probably ruined the Pizza oin the table and a few other things...but it worked, and they finally got the
message that he planned on doing the same thing on a weekly basis.

So why is it not a felony when the squatter takes the first step into your house without your permission?  To be fair, I would allow maybe ten seconds for an explanation of why the squatter wasn't gone.  One must allow for unusual circumstances and to be sure of their intentions.  Someone might have made a mistake and got the wrong house, so ten seconds.  For pretty women and young kids--thirty seconds.

This all reminds me of this crap that someone can steel your house and property by falsifying your signature, or at least taking out loans on your property.  The onus is on the loaner to verify the loanee.

I had heard a "news" report a few days ago that the
PTB in Canada requested that people leave their
car keys nearby the front door so as to try to reduce
any possible confrontations with car thieves that
are determined to steal your car.
In other words,  don't resist a thief and submit to
criminals and not impede them in their mission

I have wondered how such an obviously corrupt practice could exist, surely the onus is on the lender, to ascertain that the person taking the
       loan, indeed owns said property.

Even a used car dealer makes sure the car trader indeed, owns the car he is trading, say nothing about a normally  more costly item such as
      a home!
