  The latest govt spending bill includes a provision to track every single head of cattle or bison. They claim "disease control" and other excuses for
  keeping tight tabs on each and every calf being born.

  It seems farmers and ranchers are able to discover diseases on their own and do it well. Farmers themselves, were the watchdogs that ended the brucellosis plague back in the 1940s.

  I suggest this is just another method of restricting the "masses" as the Communists take over.
