    live in Pittsburgh.  ..And the city has already announced the fact.
 
    No cops on patrol or roaming, they will just answer "in progress" calls , from the HQs

   A sigh of relief from those with a criminal rap sheet a mile long..  Now they are no longer bad guys, but "poor souls who "justice impacted
    individuals" who have been negatively impacted .

 Hopefully, wont last to long. Neighborhoods will set up a vigilante patrols. Be a quicker form of justice. Since the police wont be involved, no report, I guess that mean no crime committed! Their forcing people into doing what the government is suppose to do, and I got a feeling there will be instances it might get real ugly!
