More severe weather now
« on: May 28, 2024, 03:09:22 AM »
Still kind of lingering this AM
when the sirens woke me up.
Looks like some tornadoes are
around the area and heading east.
Folks from DFW out to the ARK
and LA border and east need to
keep an eye out.
After this thunder and lightning
pass through, looks like I'm gonna
have to saw my way through
the downed limbs just to get outside
through the front door.
Thankfully I have a few tools, saw
and machetes to try to make a path.

Keep your eyes peeled and listen to
the weather radio

Good Luck!! One of our local weathermen, has been posting about how bad it's been in different locations around the country. The eastern and southern parts here in Ohio have been hit, but the NW corner where I'm at, has been extremely lucky. Everything has been going north or east, not sure because of the lake effect or what. Thanking the man upstairs every day.
We keep trying peace, it usually doesn't work!!Remember(12/7/41)(9/11/01) gypsyman

WSe got some spin-off (rain) from the violent storms suffered by folks in the midwest. The rain is expected to continue through the week.

All day ordeal here to clear
the front of limbs and give
some help to 2 of the neighbors.
I'll have to recuperate some
to start on the back, but it's
relatively easy compared to
yesterday's clearing job.
Heard chainsaws and sirens
all day long. Many are way
worse off according to the "news".
IIRC they said 7 fatalities so
far on the radio.
