Here's a retreat I would like..how about you?

  My son does photos, videos and drone flyovers of many multi million dollar properties for sale...but this hunting retreat about 10-12 miles from my home , looks great to me.  What do you think"  (5 min video) view all or part.

  Spoke to my son about that property, last evening.  He got a call from the realtor.  Apparently I was not alone in my appreciation. It  seems
  the place sold the first day of offering.  It was bid on by 17 parties, and sold for $ 40K more that asking price.
