While the South Korean panther is undoubtedly a fine tank..there are worldwide, several in the same category.
It is quite an audacious statement to say it is the "best tank in the world".. which caused me to consider the expertise and experience of the

Here is what I found..
https://www.amazon.com/stores/author/B002SAX4NA Although it is likely a fine competitor in the top 5 or 6 tank models... As I see it, with competing tanks and all the features
involved, t would be extremely difficult to pronounce any single one as "BEST" !
Consider this, For it's designed purpose, middle east desert and urban warfare, the Israeli Merkava..has to be near the pinnacle.. since it was
designed and engineered for that purpose.
For the mountainous terrain of South Korea, the adjustable, activated suspension on the Panther, must work very well for final zeroing on target.
The German Leopard and the French LeClerc are perhaps ideal for European defense.
Then there is the "proof is in the pudding" concept. Over the years, new models have been produced that promised great things..until they faced
real battle..
So far as I know the American Abrams and the British Challenger...are the only current ones that have been tried in the smoke of battle...and both have acquitted themselves very well.
We have yet to see how certain ones now in Ukraine hands have done..once the boasts and propaganda have been analyzed.
