It seems that Joe Bidens announcement that he is no longer running for Prez makes any debate with Biden moot, and substituting Harris to debate Trump with ABC hosting is a "conflict of interest" due to litigation between DJT & ABC, and thus has made an ABC debate a No-Go.

So, a Fox debate has been offered as an alternate venue for a debate.

I do not see any Harris reply as of yet to the offer.
