Pete passed last Friday. He will be missed. RIP Short Peter!

sad thing is he only lived a 150 miles from me and we never got together. we talked on the phone but every time we made plans something came up with one of us.

Thanks Bill.  Hearing about Pete really really hit home.
After Kathie died I kinda shut down for  a while; actually four years. But as I approach 80 I'm working on coming out of my vegetative status.
I plan to pop in every day again.

Way back when I first found there were forums, it never even remotely occured to me that fellow posters passing on would be one of the things that would occur.

That fact bothers me now more than is logical, I suppose.
