There well may be, if we do not vote wisely ! People voted unwisely in places like Venezuela, in recent decades..and they are far thinner,
poorer and less free than they once were.
So often, people don't realize how quickl..and they can vote their freedom away. Just consider, for the moment, just how much freedom we have lost
over the last few years. "Don't say this word or that word...you must recognize all types of mental delusion, ......e.g. LGBTQ , plus " what is a
woman, and..men can become women and get pregnant"..
Now they want to tax "unrealized" profits..
Along with Communism and other autocratic states, as outlined in Orwell's "1984 "..the dictatorial leader has long wished for complete mind control. ..But until now, total mind control was just beyond their reach !
Now however, with computer power, the dawn of AI etc....the old urge is gaining prominence among powerful control freaks, so it is a genuine dange to our freedom.
Is mind control and thought police inj our future?
