I supported Ukraine at first. However, back in the mid-20teens, Ukraine elected a prime minister who was neutral and wanted Ukraine neutral and wanted to be friendlier to Russia. He was misteriously killed. The current guy, Zelinski, was put in power and was pro-Western and wanted to join NATO. Well, our treaty with Russia in the early 1990's agreed not to expand NATO and leave most of Eastern Europe neutral. That was violated when the Obama administration expanded into Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Romania, Checz Republic, Slovakia, and Bulgaria. Now Sweden and Finland have joined.
So, Russia annexed Crimea, which was 96% Russian speaking anyway and had a lot of retired Russian military living down there. Russia was already leasing a large air base and naval base from Ukraine. This was under Obama. Then the Russian speaking areas of Eastern Ukraine wanted to be free of Ukraine and join Russia. So Ukraine sent troops to try to retake the areas, but couldn't. Anyway, Russia did nothing while Trump was in office.
Then, with Biden, they provided weapons to Ukraine. Ukraine was also conducting biological experiments (for military purposes), and Russia complained. Nothing was done. Ukraine cut off the gas pipeline to Europe where Russia was transmitting natural gas to western Europe. So Russia ended up invading Ukraine to take the Russian Speaking areas, get rid of the biology labs and get a direct route to Crimea. Ukraine by fighting back, also OUTLAWED elections. Ukraine was also laundering money going to the Democrats and Joe Biden, some of it was from China. Ukraine kept fighting Russia. Russia also did not want to go along with the West with the Banking system, and treaties which would lead to One World Government. So, as Hillary Clinton said, "lets bleed Russia dry".
We are the ones who violated the 1990's treaties with Russia. The west was and is still pushing for one world green governments to control all western countries and Russia did not want to go along.
This war could have been completely stopped, but allowing a neutral vote in the provinces that wanted to leave Ukraine. Switzerland or India or someone could have monitored the elections and if the Eastern Ukrainian provinces want to leave and join Russia, fine, let them do so. Also let Ukraine remain neutral with no NATO troops or involvement in Ukraine. Peace restored. Oh, and Russia built an underwater pipeline to Germany, but it was mysteriously bombed under water. This was to avoid transmitting the gas through Ukraine.
