I am sympatico with those minority of Californians who vote by employing their brains,rather than their half-baked emotions.
A clear vote by Californians in 2019, called for a huge reservoir to be constructed for just this purpose..but nothing has been done.
Two reasons; 1) Gov Newscum and his ilk, would it seems, rather run the Sacramento River off into the Pacific, to protect the local Smelt fish,
which are not endangered in the first place...the Great Lakes are full of them.
2) some are wondering where the millions raised for the reservoir have gone
Of course, as Finnerty said, it seems the mayor of LA defunded the LA fire department by some $17 million.
Die by DEI... some wonder just how much of the $17 mil has gone to the illegal aliens..
