New California law..

  A new California law would require anyone selling a gun, provide the buyer with a paper that says  people can get hurt if you shoot them..

   By rights, they should start handing out the same warning to car buyers, baseball bat buyers, axe buyers, hatchet buyers, BBQ lighter
   buyers....and down the list..DUH !

  Surely, the gang-bangers and the south American gangs the Democrats imported..will "read and heed" !

 It would seem California has enough problems, without giving out more harassment to honest citizens.

They should be required to give a similar warning to anyone registering as a democrat.
