If the Congress brings Fauci in for questioning, he no longer has the right to declare the 5th Amendment.

  I suspect the new congress may call on some of the "pardoned ones', to get their wrongdoings on the record, just so the truth will be known..

Looks like the legal issue of, how can you pardon someone of a crime, if they've never been convicted. This will be a field day in the legal system, probably all the way up to the S.C.
