Can you remember 5 things you did last week ?

If you had an employee who could not recall 5 things they accomplished, should you keep him/her on the payroll ?

Your employer has every right to look at your job performance and evaluate what you have accomplished whether it's the past week, month or year. Had more than one supervisor that didn't have a clue what I did on a daily basis. They based their evaluation/review on the different department heads I interacted with and expected me to provide a brief summary of what I had accomplished the past year and verify it with other managers.

If these federal workers can't provide a weeks worth of what they have done they need to  be fired. Also the heads of their departments who told them not to comply with Musk's request need to be fired in my opinion.

I heard a reporter whining that these people have families. I can't recall one job I was given because I had a family, nor was I having a family ever taken into consideration when it came to keeping my job. These people are delusional in the thinking they deserve to keep their job, while doing practically nothing all day.  Some of the federal work from home crowd, were shopping, playing golf, going to the gym, and who knows what else while at home. All on the tax payers dime. Its what happens when its other peoples money being spend. No accountability, and they have the balls to complain about being fired.

...Seems like a worker could in many cases,  do at least five things in less than an hour.

Anyone who couldn't account for their work time and what they had accomplished should be fired right along with their supervisor unless they were on vacation or sick leave.  We certainly had that responsibility in private business, so why should government be any different?
