I had heard that the shepherd was the oldest dog at 15 which is old for a shepherd.

Pretty awful outcome all around. Appears she was the caretaker and when she died (the first of the three), Gene having Alzheimer’s and the dog being crated, didn’t stand a chance. Pretty sad they didn’t have anybody else looking in on them.

found out his wife whos maiden name is arakawa is the daughter of a master chief i worked with in the service and was a true bad ass and the best boss ive ever had. saddly he passed about 10 years ago. dont know what she was like but if she had even a bit of her dad she was a good person. when i knew ken (who was a 4th degree black belt) she was about 16 and was already a black belt and i see she met hackman in a gym she worked at. small world

  Perhaps not being from a royal Hollyweird tribe, made her a much better person..inside..
