Gold leaving London

Saw that there is a large amount of gold leaving London and arriving in NY. Not sure what all this means, but mostly due to fears of tariffs on gold.

The weird thing is, there are 12 troy ounces in a troy pound (meaure used for Gold) but 400 ounces the size of a "Good Delivery" bar standard, gold bar size. equals 33.3333... troy pounds.

Why not just use a 360 ounce bar which would be 30 Troy pounds.
