We cannon shooters will fire a shoot today in your honor when we ring in the spring.   Except me.  We have extreme fire danger today.  So I will fire a virtual "air" cannon for you.

Happy birthday.  Didn't know you were 80.  I thought you were more my age, 71.

Thanks guys, today I'm feeling more like 180. I was in bed by 1:00 last night but it took forever to go to sleep and based on time I fell asleep I think I got up too early. Faye will make me a cake and I'll grill us up some ribeye steaks and she will cook us  baked tater to go with it.

I'll see if I can be around for #90 but at the time that seems a long way down the road from here.

Thanks to all of you for the birthday wishes.

I tried calling my older sister on her birthday the 21st and never got her to answer. I called again on the 22nd and no answer.

So today Faye did a PM to her daughter Kay via facebook. Seems without anyone letting me know she has been placed in an assisted living home, a nursing home. She has Alzheimers like our dad did and from what Kay said it's in the advanced states. I spoke with her last on her birthday last year. I had no clue from that talk she was in any way impaired.

My younger brother is already dead, died a few years ago.

I think I'm the healthiest of the 3 of us still alive. I have the 4 year older sister and a much younger one maybe 12-13 years younger than me. My brother was 5.5 years my junior.
