    This show is in the Netherlands, and in Europe they know how to put on such displays better than most of the U.S., but I was at small truck show up here 30 years ago and wish they had more, in the U.S. that are not 500 or miles away.

  Note the perponderance of cab-over models...  European cities are old...and with comparatively narrow streets. While cab-over models have become
   more rare here, they are almost ubiquitous oin European highways.
 
   Eighteen wheelers are only seen on the major streets, the rest being too narrow to accomodate the "bend in the middle" types ..

  Thay do have what we GIs irreverently called "Hitler express" trucks.. That is a regular straight truck with a wagon hooked behind, which was so
   geared as to follow the truck directly, rather than to cut the corner short.
