  They say trends start in California (?)  So, one wonders when the Cali sense of "justice' will reach other states.

   Here is a duzy of a new bill, signed uinto law by Gov New-scum..the guy who wants to run for prez...

I suppose next up will be reduced sentences for blacks or low income people committing a DUI, or maybe even murder. The people voted for it, so they get what they voted for.

My guess is the courts will rule it unconstitutional under the equal protection clause of the 14th amendment, when, and if it gets there.
