  The man is big, but everybody's jaw is a vulnerable spot, no matter how big they are...  The key ? That kick knocked his jaw sidewise..

   When my grandson was competing in MMA, he had his wisdom teeth extracted.  It seems intact wisdom teeth invite a knockout !

  Don't ask me why, but it is commonly done with MMA fighters..

never heard that. still have mine and boxed MANY times and was knocked down but never knocked out or even a tko. maybe its that the pros hit harder or maybe in the heavier weight classes.
