Hello I have been given some Winchester Universal Cases in 12 gauge/7 1/2. Are these reloadable? They are made with a steel head ?It sticks to a magnet. Will my Lee loader load these? Thanks Mtrude

I have yet to find ANY load data for them.  I had bought a couple of boxes hoping to do exactly what you want to, but alas Ive been told they were basically meant to fire and chuck (hence the value cost of the box.)  I wound up just getting some AA hulls which, Im told, will last a looooooong time (at least as much as I shoot them  :) .)

Shotgun hulls only have value if there is load data for them.  Like New Hampshire says, I've never seen data for these hulls.  I understand they are French in origin, but I would not assume they are Cheddite.  If you are looking for inexpensive hulls for reloading, look for 12 ga Remington Gun Club (green) hulls, which Hodgdon lumps together with STS and Premier hulls.  I've also has success with the Remington black High Velocity hulls.

For what it's worth, I found this thread on another forum:
