A friend asked me about the Browning TH in .30-30. I can't remember ever seeing one for sale in any of the usual places. Does anyone know how many Browning made in this chambering? Or what the going price may be these days if a guy could find one?

A guy on Gunbroker has had one for sale for a while. It doesn't say
TH in the description, but it looks like one from the picture. His starting price is $1000.00 & buy it now is $1500. That is why it's been there a while.
Good Luck,

Hi, I just bought a used one in like new condition, I paid $750.00 for it and the dealer said the 30-30 Cal. was hard to get as they didn't make many.

rk3006, I agree with you on this. All the ones I have seen are in 45/70. The 30/30 is a rare bird indeed. Best of luck. POW

I just saw one at the Cabelas in Dundee Michigan. That was a few weeks ago though, so I don't know if it's still there. I may be going by later this week, I'll swing in and see if it is.
