I wonder if a Ruger Single Six in .38 spl would be a hit?

I like the compact size of the Single Six I'm almost tempted to get the .32 H&R, but a .38 would be more practical. Has more commercial ammo available, better selection of reloading components, and there's rifles to match. Although Marlin is soon to offer a .32 lever gun (I prefer the '92s).

Sounds like a hit to me. Probably be big with the Cowboy Shooters too.

It would probably have to be a 5 cylinder but I'd buy one.............Mike

Lloyd, where are you? Didn't you have this done? I believe Lloyd Small mentioned that he had this or something very simular done. I'll pop him a PM. My solution would be to buy a Cimmaron Lightning in .38. Has the medium frame and is a slick little gun. 44 Man

mine will be a .41 special. John Gallagher is building it Bowen or Clemments will do a .38 special 5 shot on a single six. John Linebaugh has done a .357 single six and also has done a .32 mag on a bearcat. I doubt if youll see ruger do it they arent to anxious to do 5 shot guns or wed have seen a .480 by now.
