Martini Bullets for reloading

Hey all you guys who bought those Martini's from IMA and Atlanta Cutlery!

Liberty Shooting Supplies is now providing bullets for reloading in Martini rifles.



They have available two bullets.  For the MK IV they have a .468 diameter 467 gr. RN cast from a RCBS mold.  In .462 diameter for the other Martini's the have a 506 gr. FP cast from an CBE mold.  The bullets are of SPG lubed and a 1-24 alloy.

I ordered mine unsized and unlubed and was charged $15 plus shipping for 50.  I don't know what the lubed and sized cost will be.  

Now it's pan lube time!

The really amazing thing about Liberty is they are all hand cast bullets. Many using the old molds and tools of the period.
 A great husband and wife team, who are fantastic folks to deal with and visit with. I buy most of my oddball old caliber bullets from them!

You could have have Dan at www.mountainmolds.com cut you a custom mould for the price of 200 of those bullets.

 Who are the two companies selling these large Martinis? Anu contact info for them? I'm looking for a large frame Martini for my collection.

Yes that true, if you are a bullet caster you could buy molds.  

Actually you could buy 166 bullets for the price of that brass CBE mold which is the same price as an aluminum molds from Mountain Molds. For the cost of a brass mold from Mountain Molds you could get 183 bullets.

For the cost of the RCBS Mould you could buy 336 bullets and for the equivalent  Mountain Mold you could buy 250 bullets.  

But that's not the point.  The point is if you aren't a bullet caster and you want some bullets for your Martini they are available...

Now here's the fun part,  a box of brass will cost you $85.
