I feel your pain! Here in Alaska, we are faced with a similar ballot issue. The above quote was taken off of the Main "anti-bait/dog/trap" site. I'm not sure what they mean by it but suspect that they must mean what they say. Perhaps it's only 500 plus yard shots that are ethical, eh? Makes one wonder, it does!
