Ok, I just got a new 7mm-08 and it won't eject a fired case at all!!! Yes, I cleaned the ejector/chamber area even took it apart. I also polished the ejector release and ejector. The ejector spring seems just to weak. Is there a replacement..?

Did you polish the chamber? This helps a lot of times.  Convienently, there is a thread just down the page with a how-to.

Good luck,

Kbee, There is a man that came on one of the sites that has
springs to add that helps on eject problems, I got a set for
a rifle that I had ejection problems.

 His name is Mark Forbord
 E-mail   mpforbord@eagleengr.com
or           mprbord@netzero.net

His price was $4.00 shipped I think

:D  Try mpforbord@eagleengr.com for the extractor and ejector springs. I think they are around $5.00  for both. Good luck.

Just a thought.

This is a new gun?  Are the 7-08's reloads?  If so are they fully resized?  I had the same problem with my 45-70 handi.  The first rounds I fired had been neck resized only and used in another rifle.  You may be "wedging" the rounds slightly as you close the action.
Even a turtle has to stick its neck out to get ahead.

  Marv, thanks for the heads-up. It was a typo, too early in the morning ? We posted at about the same time and I started to delete mine. I still think it's a great site where everyone tries to help. I have learned much here.
