Stocks & Forends for TC Contenders

Are there after market stocks and forends made for the TC Contenders?

If so, what are some of them?

Well the only ones I have found so far are the 95% finished

that you have to complete yourself. I did find that bullberry seems to have 100% stock and forend sets I think there is another gun that makes some sweet laminates but I am not sure if they come completely finished or not.
For now I will stick to the walnut and rynite stocks & forends from T/C currently I have one set of each.

Pachmayr makes rubber grips for the Contender.  I've Read that the "Decelerator" model is  helpful for reducing felt recoil on "Heavy Hitters". I have  a set and haven't used them yet.   I'm pretty sure the forearm will fit from 10" to 14", maybe 16".   They're about Thirty something dollar$ each,  grip and forend.  But, they do not make any for the Encore.

I have used the Pachmeyer rubber grips and they do help reduce the recoil in the web of the hand.  As mentioned before, they do not make a rubber set for the Encore.

But, the factory rubber grip for the Encore is the greatest and the only cost 25 to 30 dollars.  The grip has a very soft area in the web that feels like it might be an air pocket that is very flexible.

both pachmayr and stock grips and forends aswell as both the wa,lnut and rynite shoulder stocks. He even has a Chote folding stock and forend set for sale.  I like the stdandard T/C wood and can live with the rynite sets (at least the stock & forend ste that makes a carbine) I like the laminates but just cN'T BRING MYSELD TO PAY FOR THEM. When I could be putting the money towards a new barrel.  Anyway I have pachmayr grips on all 3 frames for recoil control and factopry wood forends for all my barrels. Someday I may replace them with pacymayr forends but then again maybe not.

I have a very attractive and functional laminated rifle set, the buttstock is from Boyds, the forend was from VirginValley.  The buttstock was completely finished, while the forend required some very minor sanding and a couple coats of clear spray paint.  They are both the same color and look great; they are slightly thicker than the factory stocks so they fit my hands better and help tame the recoil when I put on the .45-70 barrel.

Have two sets. I sent him some walnut I had won 20 years back at a black powder shoot. He roughed them out and I finished them. Here is my .223 Contender with 2.5" wide fore end and his grip with my modifications. I'm getting a electric blue set for my stainless .375JDJ soon.
I put about 5 coats of hand rubbed tung oil on the wood.

Hawkeye that is a beautiful TC!

Can't wait to get mine back, Jim said it would be 3-4 weeks.  I did not have any nice walnut to send him though.
