Ruger Police Service 6 stainless  2 3/4" barrel which is an uncatalogued gun....probably a police or military over run in excellent condition for 395.00

Here in WA State that gun goes for $250-$275.

Same around MO. About $250 in good condition. I think you could buy a new GP100 for about that price.  KN

Unless it has some kind of collector interest, that's about $150.00 too much.  How is it considered uncatalogued?  That was a standard barrel length in the 70's, and very popular with CCW folk.  Wish I had one!

If I'm not mistaken the Police service six came with a std 4" barrel. The Speed six,( I still have one ) came with a 2-3/4" barrel. I'm just going from memory here so I could be wrong.   KN

KN is correct the weapon you are describing came in 4 in. barrel only and in 100% cond. the model 707 is worth $270 now the short barrel could have possibly been a special order and it could have been re-done by a gunsmith. :D    JIM
