Navy 1851 Cabales Manufacture

Does anyone know who manufactures the 1851 Navy for Cabales is.  I want to get one of  the Kirst converters for this model.

They are made by Pietta in Italy. Pietta quality has improved a lot the last few years IMHO. They are good ones. I did outfit mine with Treso nipples however.
