What sights, type/manufacturer, do you prefer on your semi-automatics and why?

Well, I have a 22/45 and just ordered a HiViz for the front on other peoples recommendations.  I haven't heard anything bad about them..

For a pure target sight picture, nothing beats Bomar adjustables. For combat sights, I like Heinie slant pros, very crisp sight picture with night sights.
Meprolight and Trijicon are OK, but are not as 'crisp' as Heinies or Bomars, which do better at long range (25-50 yards).
