Just back today from the soggy northwest. (It was bluebird weather with sunshine and warm temps the whole time. Locals were wandering about gazing at the sky and trying to figure out what that big, yellow, ball of light was! I heard one mumbling over and over: "Look, it's surrounded with BLUE!")
The Winstead clan walked away with everything that wasn't welded to the surface of the earth. Apparently, adjusting for 9 time zone changes and a scouple of hemispheres doesn't bother Cathy or Chad. Cathy won with 147/160 (on target short of the record set last year by Agustin Sanchez) and Chad took second with 140. Jared Perry out of CA won a shootoff over Bill Motl from Texas for third.
Great time, large bunch of prizes and a good group of competitors. (86 people attended -- the largest silhouette match ever held in the northwest.)
I'll provide more information tomorrow.
