Can anyone tell me if they have used these scopes and what kind of quality they are?

When I first saw them I thought they were made by one of the established makers that was well known hince the "Famous Maker" moniker. I found out that is the name Famous Maker, looking at the product in hand I would compare it to BEC, NCSTAR and Leapers.
You get what you pay for.
