Scope base update

Well, I've just had personal proof as to the quality of Marlin customer service. When I called about the defective front base for my 917V, I was told it would take two weeks to get a replacement to me. In today's mail I received an envelope from Marlin containing not just a front base but a complete set.

Bravo, Marlin!

Good to hear Brian. I think most reputable manufacturers will work with a guy if they have a legitament gripe. I also think it has a lot to do with a persons attitude when they contact the company. Get nasty with them and they don't care if they help you or not. :D
