describe hog tracks for me....

being from wisconsin we dont see many hogs here.  i have an opportunity to hunt them; i went scouting and think i found them.  but i dont know what their tracks look like.  could anyone help me out?

As a fellow Wisconsinite...where did you find pig tracks?? :eek:  Wanna share?? They look like rounded, somewhat splayed deer tracks...if they use the area at all, it's "messy" .

like a dear with a round toe but the dew claws will hit outside the track. a deers dew claws hit closer to hoof

thanks guys.  looks like you confirmed what i figured, yes i found them.  the tracks looked like deer tracks with rounded toes instead of the sharp point.  
 hey jeff- i let you know if it is worth your time in a week or so.  word i have is that they move around alot.  we will see.  i have an area they have been visiting but as the season warms up i expect they will change with it.  either way i will keep you updated.

also look for warn tracklines called pads and scrape /rubmarks at knee height on trees near the pads called rubs to help you determine if its pigs
