Oops, I Did IT Again!

I've known her for two years now.  As I walked by her several days a week, she always cried out for my attention in very subtle ways.  She would literally "beam" when I saw her, and somehow I just knew she was special -- maybe the right one for me?  Yesterday I decided to make my first move.  I reached out boldly, embracing and caressing her gently.  It felt like magic.  Somehow, it seemed like I'd known her all my life, and I just wanted to take her everywhere with me and make her a part of my family.  Now she's mine, and I could not be a happier man.  I think it's going to be lifelong honeymoon for the two of us.

Well here she is with a two digit serial number.  I couldn't find a photo of my 4" version, but this is close:

Just kidding, Bams.  She sounds sweet, but I can't get the picture to open. :cry:   May the honeymoon last forever!

Is this your newest house gun, or do you have other plans for her?

The whole idea for me was to get a .45 ACP revolver I can use in competition that will also compliment my 1911 in .45 ACP.  It's alot easier on me to reload for one caliber only.  I had been putting this off for quite some time due to financial shortages, but the owner of the gun shop I work at decided it was time to give me a gift.  What a great gal she is!

I took it to the range on Thursday, and I got to shoot it a little. A handicapped guy I brought with me seemed to enjoy it so much, I just kept reloading the moon clips for him.  When I shot it, I was able to get 3 inch groups at 25 feet off hand.  This isn't as good as I can do with a 1911, but hey, the gun is new to me.  I am considering changing out the springs to lighten the trigger up a bit.  We shall see? *smiles*
