Nice cats!!! We have those here in Alabama up north at Lake Guntersville close to Tenn.I have never eaten them;heard they taste kinda mushie tasteing..Rick

Man you heard wrong. Spoonbill is probably the best tasting fresh water fish there is. Its very clean tasting. The meat is cut out in big steaks.

Its a different kind of meat, spoonbill meat is more of a steak like shark.
