I have a Beretta Neos U22 and I cant get it to stop jamming. I shell's rim catches on the groove in the clip where you put them in. It does in very consistently. Does anybody know of anything that could be done to fix this problem?
thanx

Seems like this is the second or third time I've heard someone complain about this problem. If my memory serves me correctly, some of the early magazines for the Neo were a problem...and the problem has since been corrected.
Anyway, I guess you've tried to work it out already with your dealer...? IF that doesn't work, try to contact Beretta through their web site. Maybe a replacement magazine is all you might need. Perhaps this link might help too...

Let us know how it goes.

Well...all I can say is be patient. It took them over a month to respond to an e-mail I sent them a while back. Guess it's a long way to Italy huh? :-)
