Problems buying CAS "stuff"
« on: May 17, 2004, 03:27:19 AM »
What kind of problems have you encountered while gathering your CAS equipment and supplies?  Problems on fit of clothing, internet sales, FFL, etc?

Any solutions or suggestions so other pards don't go down that same dark road....

Lack of funds.
There are so many things that I want, that are more than I need for CAS I dont have all the $$ for.
You know 6 or 7+ guns 2 weeks worth of clothes all my guns smoothed up, 10 hats 4 pairs of boots. And leathers........

Other than $$$$, I would have to say clothing that fits me and that I like.   I am a big guy and as my wife pointed out, this sport attracts a lot of bearded overweight men, so I figure plus size clothing would be plentiful.   I also have had big trouble finding boots.  I would love a pair of High black boots, unfortunately, even after loosing 85 pounds, my calf circumference is still 22", way to big for any boots I can afford.  Back to the treadmill and protein I guess. :)
