357 NEF out of the box

Don't know why but I bought it today ran across when buying my reload kit. when back to day and picked it up brand new in the box but with a NS in the serial no. I still don't know why I bought it unless it was this forum talking about it and no more being produced. The bad thing is I still got a slug gun to line out just bought a reload kit and have to work the next two week ends before I can have fun with any of it but it all will be there when I am ready. :D  8)

hellacatcher,

This is the reason you got it.

The outside is home cast 158 gr LSWC .38 Special, then 250 gr Beartooth .357 Mag, 250 gr Beartooth .360 DW and the center is the 180 gr XTP/HP in .360 DW.

All of these in an unreamed barrel!

BTW, the 250 gr Beartooth gas check cast bullets were seated in the crimping groove for both .357 and .360.   I shot a 2 1/2" group at 100 yards with the .357  today.

This is yesterday's group with the .38 Specials (pictured above) at 50 yards.
