Here's What I've Got So Far......
« on: May 17, 2004, 03:38:00 PM »
OK....

Here are the names that I've got to grade so far:

Leftoverdj- .22LR, and .22WMR
Student- .223, .243, and .308
JPH45- 357 MAX, and 44MAG
Mag41VAnce- .357MAX
Naedlaen- .223
Marv- 357 MAX

I also got one that is marked #1 of three.  There's no name on it, but it was shot with a 22WMR, winchester Silver Box 40 grain JHP.  Bushnell Banner 3-9X40, Harris Bi-Pod, floated barrel with 1in 16 microgroove rifling.  Two questions about this one:  #1.  Is there two more targets somewhere else?  and 2.  Who's is it?

I hope there's more on the way.  I'm going to give it a few days before I post the results so everyone can get them here.

If there were anymore not listed here please let me know when you sent them, and where you sent them from.

I'm going to give it until the end of this week before I start panicking over cards not being here

I live in the armpit of the world out here and it takes time to get stuff to me.

Scruffy, that's two points off for forgetting your name

Were there supposed to be two others in the envelope?

Oh, no other targets were sent.  When I shoot targets I label them 1, 2, 3, 4 etc and when i measure them I go back and put of x on each target.  Then when I go back through them I can see if the group is walking, shrinking, opening up, stringing more as the number of targets increase, etc.  Since it was between rains I was only able to shoot 3 targets/cards and the first one happened to be the best, although all three were close.

:)  Hey, last is last no matter how many points you tack on it.  :)

I know DJ's not a bluffer and he's sent in good cards, and I know Moonliten's 22 wmr will shoot and I know he sent a card in.  So I'm atleast 3rd.  I guess that doesn't sound so bad.  It's still a bronze

Edit, I should qualify, I'm talking 3rd in the rimfire class, not 3rd overall.  I'm hoping to beat marv though so he can get 21st.

Scruffy, did you forget to put your name on the card?  Or did you just flat out FORGET your name?  That's the question :)

Sorry, guys no cards from me. I've been putting in 13 and 14 hour days working. 10 at the dealership I work at and then 3 and 4 every evening putting in a new drain field for my septic. It's either dig 240 feet of ditch by hand or sell most off my guns to have someone do it. As you can tell since I'm to busy to shoot postal cards I still have all my guns, but I sure would like to shoot them some time soon.

i realy don't think i did good enough to win anything i just wanted to make the match a bit bigger.
curiosity killed the cat , but i was lead suspect for a while
