Has anybody seen the new Gun World yet?
« on: May 23, 2004, 03:48:49 AM »
I loved the story on the 72 caliber snake gun and the 12 gage mini shells. Leave it to a gun owner to come up with a solution like that one. and he even made a shoulder holster for it. Way Cool. I like the way that gun thinks. Its legal in PA I may have to go for it. Funnynthing is the gun will cost less than the paperwork to be able to make it! Still a neat idea. Perhaps just as dooable but with 3" 410 shells? How does that sound a shorty double in 410 with 3 inch chambers should do the job on any (venumious)snake in the wild that needs killin. Just  FUN IDEA. Think I will stick to my contender with my 8" 45/410 barrel. No special paperwork to buy and own that one, works pretty good too.

Glad someone likes "Gun World"!! The articles and tests I've seen in that publication have been lackluster at best. Testing a new gun by shooting at concrete blocks and deer forms on card tables and in the jungle is about meaningless. I can't wait for my gift subscription  to expire!
